Project Summary

After their first bounce house sold out, Smol's founders discovered their original factory could not keep pace. Production glitches and rising defect rates were putting the young brand at risk.

Klugonyx first set out to fix Smol's quality control issues and streamline manufacturing, freeing the founders to focus on growth. The second phase centered on expanding Smol's catalog with complementary products beyond inflatable bounce houses.
