Our product designers each have unique backgrounds in various product types. We have designers that specialize in baby, toys, games, outdoor gear, fitness, health/wellness, home goods, pet products, apparel/accessories, and more.
Every entrepreneur and brand has unique product needs, so all of our contracts look different. Our product designers work on a competitive hourly rate and tailor those hours to your specific needs. You only pay for the hours you use and we always shoot to get the work done in fewer hours than we quote.
It depends where you're at the process. If you come to Klugonyx with a napkin sketch, then our design team is going to need more time to explore various design details with you. We usually estimate anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks for most product design projects. However, depending on the number of iterations, this phase can take longer.
We sign a mutual NDA and contract before getting started that ensures you retain ownership of all the design assets our team create for you. We do not patent your designs for you but can provide you with resources to help you get that done. Additionally, any factory partner we work with have strict legally-binding agreements, which ensures your product designs are not stolen or copied by any of our partners.
